• All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
   
• These prices are subject to change without notice. All goods remain the property of Shine Now Limited until full payment has been received.
   
• Shine Now Limited guarantees the protection of your credit card information.  You will not be held liable if unauthorised charges are made to your account through no fault of your own as a direct result of shopping at Shine Now Limited.
   
• Shine Now Limited guarantees that we will never share or sell, in any form whatsoever, any of the information that we collect from you during and beyond the course of our relationship.  This excludes information that is required by law to be provided.
   
• Where you have ordered Goods from Shine Now Limited, and Your order has been accepted, no cancellation or alterations may be made to the order without the express written consent of Shine Now Limited. Shine Now Limited retains the right to charge reasonable costs incurred where the company accepts a cancellation.
   
• Shine Now Limited retains the right to accept or decline any order in whole or part, and/or to sub-contract the supply of goods, and nothing in this Agreement shall be negated for failure to deliver the full content of any order.
   
• Any claims for damaged or defective goods, must be made within 36 hours of delivery of the goods to you, and the goods must be held until the Shine Now Limited advises in writing that the goods may be destroyed or returned. Failure to retain defective or damaged goods until notified in writing they may be destroyed or returned, may result in your claim being rejected. Shine Now Limited retains the right to determine whether it replaces or provides a refund for any goods found to be damaged or defective.
   
• Pictures and links to external websites are for illustrative / reference purposes only. In rare occasions of unavailability some components may be replaced by different brands / models of the same or higher specifications.
   
• Product listing does not indicate stock on hand availability. Please email to check the availability or items.
   
• Any dates quoted for the delivery of the products are approximate only and shall not form part of the contract.
   
• While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, Shine Now Limited will not be liable for errors or inaccuracies in the information contained herein. Errors and omissions in pricing, descriptions and availbility excepted.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel / refund any order in pending or processing status. The sale transaction is not formed until the goods are despatched.
   

Shine Now Limited will accept returns of any unopened item that is still in its original packaging within SEVEN days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier) for an exchange for another product or a full refund. Items that are returned more than SEVEN days after delivery and/or are unable to be resold as new cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note that as per the Consumers Guarantee Act, we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.

Please ensure that you enclose your receipt when returning any items to Shine.

Please ensure that all goods are wrapped securely and appropriately and arrive to us undamaged. Goods that are unable to be resold will not be exchanged.
